  The staff were excellent and unbelievably helpful. We ran into difficulty with a car rental company and the hotel were brilliant. The rooms are beautiful, the hotel gorgeous and the gardens were blissful

  TThe location is poor and the hotel difficult to find. The taxi service is very poor from castellamare and without a rental car we would have been in trouble.
